were made for the BBC by Roberts Radio. 10 were taken by them and the 2
remaining were sold to the radio/electrical shop in Wroxham by
Mr... he lived in Norwich Rd. Wroxham.
He
sold one and kept one - this is it. He also told me that during the war
he ran a boat yard in Wroxham, and apparently there were two squadrons of planes which collided near the railway bridge - this was all
hushed up at the time.
